when "green", "climate change" and "global warming" were unheard of; in a process to engender "responsible capitalism";

was incorporated, with a goal of building increased energy efficiency into new homes; taking advantage of and harnessing the Sun's energy. We began by creating site oriented passive solar homes, participating in the HotCan and R2000 energy efficiency initiatives when they came along.
